These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Right After Crash mobile application ("App") provided by Right After Crash LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Right After Crash is a tool to help you document car accidents for personal use. The App is provided "as is" for informational and documentation purposes only.

The App is not:

  • Legal advice
  • A substitute for professional legal counsel
  • A guarantee of insurance claim outcomes
  • Emergency services (always call 911 first)

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of information you enter
  • Ensuring you have the right to photograph people and property
  • Complying with local laws regarding accident documentation
  • Keeping your device and app data secure

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Right After Crash LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App.

Your content (photos, reports, information) remains yours.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Premium features require a paid subscription through the App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal are governed by Apple's terms. You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings.

5. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Specific outcomes for insurance claims
  • That documentation will be accepted by all insurance companies
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy of GPS or timestamp data

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIGHT AFTER CRASH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Right After Crash LLC from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
